The Rothbucher RSFP-X90 is the original and best-known fixed point in the Rothbucher One Point Fits All system. Designed for use with all Rothbucher RS products featuring a magnetic base, it provides a permanent, highly repeatable survey reference point for construction layout, laser scanning, BIM, monitoring, and geospatial applications.

The RSFP-X90 can be glued or mechanically fastened to virtually any surface, including concrete, steel, masonry, wood, and stone. Once installed, magnetic prisms, scanner targets, reflective targets, and other RS accessories can be attached and removed in seconds while returning to the exact same survey point every time.

When used with RS products that share the same tilting axis height, the reference point remains identical, ensuring consistent XYZ coordinates regardless of which compatible instrument is being used. This eliminates the need to continually re-establish control points and dramatically improves workflow efficiency.
